Michelle Koster is a RYT-200 yoga instructor and Level 2 certified sound therapy guide whose work is rooted in the belief that movement, breath, and vibration can restore balance from the inside out. After nearly 30 years in the construction industry, her own healing journey led her back to the practices that had always sustained her—mindful movement, sound, art, and time in nature.
Since 2016, she has studied with teachers across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas, weaving global wisdom traditions into her offerings. Michelle is the founder of Vasu Yoga and Healing Arts and Enchanted Studios in Waynesville, NC, where she guides sound journeys, retreats, and movement practices designed to ground the body, soften the heart, and reconnect us to what truly matters.
